Never leave yourself in a position not understanding what the teacher is saying, as you will walk away from that lesson not learning anything. Always try shortening the list by asking questions in order for yourself to understand, as come exam day you will be so nervous, knowing if that question or topic comes up; you will not be able to answer it as you did not ask the question in the class room. Also, the internet can be a treasure hunt as any questions you may have you can find online, which can be helpful. But at the same time, having some actually explain it to you face to face in much more detail.
