Having a goodnight sleep is very important as it recharges your mind and body, which benefits to you feeling refreshed when you wake up ready for school or work. Sleep also keeps the body healthy as well as the brain. Having sleep will also keep your emotions in place as well as reduce the risk of disease. Furthermore, when you are attending school 5 days a week and waking up really early; your sleep must be in a routine where you are getting enough sleep to cope with 5 days a week of school and learning; as it is important to keep your brain fresh and ready to work
Doing activities or sports that you like is a great way to keep healthy; it’s pretty similar to having a good night sleep. One of the main benefits to doing sports is that it reduces the chances of obesity, which is a huge problem in today’s world. In addition, playing a sport that you like and enjoy helps reduce stress, which is very important, especially when you are a student going through exam life; it can be a great way to get your mind clear.
Eat a balanced diet:
Eating a balanced diet is vital as eating the right nutrients is key to your body functioning to the best of its ability and the only way to do that is to eat healthy in order for your body to respond in the right way. Also, eating healthy has a massive impact on your brain as research shows the healthier you eat, the better your brain responds to.
Connecting with friends socially is important as it takes your mind off school/ work in terms of stress. Friends have a huge impact on our mental health and happiness as it helps us relieve stress when hanging around socially with friends. Also, when attending school it can get a bit to stressful with exams and mock exams coming at you, so having friends in school who share the same line of stress as you do; can be an advantage as you have someone who shares the same emotions which you can share with each other and talk.
